When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

1.2 Usage Data

We collect anonymized page view events to understand how our platform is used. This includes pages visited, timestamps, and referrer URLs. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics services.

1.3 User-Generated Content

When you write reviews, upload photos, or submit contact forms, we store the content you provide along with your user ID and timestamps.

1.4 Business Data

Business listings on Bixplore are compiled from publicly available data sources. We do not collect private business information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Bixplore platform
• To display your reviews and photos on business pages
• To send you account-related notifications
• To generate aggregate analytics (never sold to third parties)
• To respond to your support inquiries

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (D1 databases and R2 storage). Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with unique salts. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these cases:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect the rights and safety of Bixplore and its users

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
