Bixplore is a business intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available business data, calculates composite scores, and provides AI-powered insights. The Platform is provided "as is" and is intended for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User-Generated Content

When you submit reviews, photos, or other content to Bixplore:

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You grant Bixplore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.
  • You confirm that your content is truthful, non-defamatory, and does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Business Listings

  • Business data on Bixplore is compiled from publicly available sources.
  • The Bixplore Score is a computed metric and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.
  • Business owners may claim their listing to access analytics and manage their profile.
  • Bixplore is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party source data.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit fake, misleading, or spam reviews
  • Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without permission
  • Attempt to manipulate Bixplore Scores or rankings
  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Impersonate other users or businesses
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Platform's security

7. Intellectual Property

The Bixplore name, logo, Bixplore Score methodology, and Platform design are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business data, scores, or AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bixplore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
